Adnan Sami is a Padma Shri–winning singer, composer, pianist, and performer whose work bridges Indian and Western music with rare fluency. Celebrated as the “Sultan of Music” by The Times of India and named “the fastest keyboard player in the world” by Keyboard Magazine USA, he is also recognised as the first musician to perform Indian classical music on the piano. Trained under Santoor maestro Pandit Shivkumar Sharma and educated in the UK, Adnan made his global debut at 16 with the UNICEF single Run for His Life, a No. 1 hit across the Middle East. His breakthrough in India came with the landmark albums Kabhi To Nazar Milao and Tera Chehra, both among the highest-selling non-film albums in Indian history. Across a 25-year career, he has sold millions of records, composed for films including Lucky: No Time for Love, Saathiya, Dhamaal, and 1920, and performed in over 40 countries, including multiple sold-out shows at Wembley Arena, London, featured in the Limca Book of Records.
